オープンインターフェイス SC430は、2006年シーズンのスーパーGT・GT500クラスにトムス（TOM’S）チームから登場したレクサスのGTマシンです。
ドライバーには日本のトップドライバー脇阪寿一選手とドイツ出身のアンドレ・ロッテラー選手という強力なコンビが起用され、デビュー戦となった2006年の開幕戦・鈴鹿300kmでいきなりポール・トゥ・ウィンを果たし、シリーズを席巻！同年のドライバーズチャンピオンとチームタイトルの両方を獲得しました。
2006年のシーズンを制したこのSC430は、その後も改良を重ねながら2013年までGT500クラスで活躍し続けますが、特に2006年仕様の「オープンインターフェイス SC430」は、GT500におけるレクサスSC430の黄金期の始まりを象徴するマシンとして語り継がれています。

The Open Interface SC430 is a Lexus GT machine that appeared in the Super GT GT500 class of the 2006 season from the TOM'S team.
The team featured a strong duo of top Japanese driver Juichi Wakisaka and German driver Andre Lotterer, and in its debut race, the 2006 season opener at Suzuka 300km, the team suddenly achieved pole-to-win and swept the series! They won both the drivers' championship and the team title in the same year.
The SC430 that won the 2006 season continued to be active in the GT500 class until 2013, while continuing to undergo further improvements, but the 2006-spec “Open Interface SC430” in particular has become a machine that symbolizes the beginning of the golden era of the Lexus SC430 in the GT500 series. It has been handed down from generation to generation.
